Today we learned how to graph the parent functions of sine and cosine. We defined period and amplitude. The link here addresses this set of notes: Graphing Sine/Cosine and Amplitudes
The homework is more on yesterday's notes. Finding the exact values of the six trig functions using the unit circle.
Reminders: Thursday is the first trig test of this unit. You are responsible for recreating the unit circle. You will have to label the axes, positive & negative degrees measures, positive & negative radian measures. On a third empty circle you will have to mark the coordinates of the points where the terminal side of the angle intercepts the circle. On your index card you can have the special right triangles and the signs of points assocoiated with each quadrant.
On Friday you have a log & exponential functions requiz. If you are not present that day, there will not be a makeup. Be there or accept the quiz grade you already have. There will be no exceptions to this.
