Bring your digital pictures to class on Monday. We will be working on your poweropnt presentations in class that day. You may turn in a copy of your presentation early. Reminder: No projects will be accepted after May 2.

Monday you have two quizzes: Geometric mean and special parallelograms
Thursday is your test on similar polygons.

We will be working on powerpoint presentations on Monday. bring digital photos to work on in class.

Upcoming Assignments

 Quiz on special parallelograms moved to Monday. Bring your graphic organizer to use for the quiz.
Monday: Quiz on geometric means.
Thursday: Test on Similarity.

Project is due: Wednesday, 2 May 2012. If you finish early you may turn it in early. I encourage you to do just that.

Semester Project

This semester's project will be to find geometry in the world around you. I suggest you use a phone or camera to take pictures during your spring break. Send them to your email account and one day after break we'll go the computer lab where you can create a powerpoint presentation showing the connections between your pictures and geometry.

I'll post the actual requirements by the end of spring break. Enjoy your vacation!
